Background:
Orion Group were employed as Consultants to prepare detailed designs and cost plans.

Tandberg then decided to continue with Orion Group and the works commenced on a fast track contract.

- Detailed cost plan
- Programme of works
- Health & Safety Plan

- Replacement Ceiling
- Mechanical Services
- Electrical Services
- Data cabling
- Fit out of Ground & First Floors
- Partitioning & Doors, including specialist glazed elements
- Beverage preparation areas
- Specialist furniture designed & manufactured to meet specific requirements.
- Furniture installation

Delivered on time and to agreed costs, despite multiple changes to the original specification.
