Project:
Design, refurbishment and fit out of existing office space. The project involved the demolition of existing internal structures to produce a primarily open plan workspace.

The works included new windows, ceilings, lighting, power, data, air conditioning and security

Background:
Orion Group had successfully worked with Société Général in London and because of their overseas experience were chosen to deliver this project.

Scope of Works:
Orion were appointed to survey, design and specify the proposed works in collaboration with the Société Général property team in London. The design included mechanical and electrical, IT, space planning and creative design.

The contract was awarded to Orion Group under a strict programme to enable SG Hambros to integrate their staff from Europort into the new offices at Line Wall Road.

Despite various additions to the project during the course of the works, the project was handed over on time and to the agreed cost, allowing SG Hambros to move their entire operation seamlessly over one weekend.
SG Hambros are now working successfully in their new facilities and without any disruption to their business operation.
