Speculative development for light industry.

The design:
A typical design, manufacture and erection of a steel-framed building and cladding package. The building was constructed using Kingspan Metalcon Cold Rolled section purlins bolted to structural steelwork and clad with Ward Insulated Panel Roof System and twin skin built-up insulated vertical cladding.
