Project:
Design and fit out of 13,000 sq ft over six floors of office space into cellular offices, conference areas, toilets, showers, kitchens & office services. Also included were Mechanical, Electrical and IT.

Background:
Memery Crystal is a Solicitors practice of 20 partners and support staff in Holborn London.

Scope of Works:
Orion were introduced to Memery Crystal by chartered surveyors Latham Yeoman to carry out the initial design of their newly acquired offices.

The design process included Mechanical Plant, Electrical Services, IT, Space Planning and creative design.

The fit out contract, was also awarded to Orion on a fast track programme of sixteen weeks. All works were completed on time and within budget allowing Memery Crystal to move its entire operation seamlessly over one weekend.
