Project:
Strip out and refurbishment of 13,000 sq ft of warehouse space including two floors of office space into open plan offices, toilets and kitchen.

Background:
Previous tenant (Engineering firm) lease expired.

Scope of Works:
Orion Group has been working with Land Securities on various projects for over 8 years.

The works comprised of the remedial repairs and refurbishment of the internal and external fabric, (including roof elements), comprising of complete redecoration, replacement of all floor finishes, upgrade light fittings, new sanitary ware to the toilets, removal of redundant power and data outlets and associated cabling, test and report on all services. Replacement of all windows and doors.

The refurbishment contract was awarded to Orion on a fast track programme of four weeks.

All works were completed on time and within budget allowing Land Securities to re-market the property for new tenancy.
