Design and fit out of 13,000 sq. ft. over six floors of office space into cellular offices, conference areas, toilets, showers, kitchens and office services. Also included were mechanical, electrical and IT services.

Memery Crystal is a solicitors practice of 20 partners and support staff in Holborn, London.
Scope of Works
Orion were introduced to Memery Crystal by chartered surveyors Latham Yeoman to carry out the initial design of their newly acquired offices.
The design process included:
Mechanical Plant | Electrical Services | IT | Space Planning | Creative Design.
The fit out contract was awarded to Orion Group on a fast-track programme of sixteen weeks. All works were completed on time and within budget allowing Memery Crystal to move their entire operation seamlessly over one weekend.
