Background:
Orion Group were awarded the contract to strip out and refurbish the five floors of Jubilee House; on a thirty week programme.
Scope of Works
Mechanical works consisted of new fan coil units to each floor with upgraded air conditioning plant and new boilers installed into the roof plant area.
Electrical up grades to suit new plant with new lighting throughout.
Builder's works included complete strip out of existing furnishings with new ceilings and carpets. Decorations to all floors, staircases and common areas. The internal reception area has been re-designed with feature wall and energy efficient lobby doors.
The lifts to all floors have been fully refurbished.
The cleaning of the exterior of the building posed particular challenges, which were overcome by abseiling cleaners.
