Background:
An existing client recommended Orion to Marchamont Developments who planned to fully refurbish a recently purchased office building in Slough, Berkshire, to a specific budget.
Scope of Works
Initial tenders were all 100k over budget. However, Orion approached the Clients with an alternative design and specification which reduced the costs but did not significantly compromise Marchamont's requirements and Orion were appointed to carry out the work.
The finished project was a great success and Orion are now working with Marchamont on other projects.
