Background:
We were asked to strip out and carry out the refurbishment of 13,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space including two floors of office space into open plan offices, toilets and kitchen.
Scope of Works
The works comprised of the remedial repairs and refurbishment of the internal and external fabric, (including roof elements), complete redecoration, replacement of all floor finishes, upgrade light fittings, new sanitary ware to the toilets, removal of redundant power and data outlets and associated cabling and test and report on all services. The replacement of all windows and doors.

Background:
We won the tender to strip out and convert existing single shop into two shops over two floors. Total Area 462 square meters.
Scope of Works
The works comprised of the complete strip-out of the existing shop including the removal of: Asbestos, Structural Steel Stairs, Partitions, Existing Plumbing and Electrical Fittings, Air Conditioning and Sprinkler System.
The construction work included: Jumbo Stud Dividing Wall to Ground and First Floor. The Installation of two sets of Steel Stairs into new locations, in filling of existing structural openings to concrete floor. Installation of new steel faced doors to rear, new split electrical supplies and distribution boards, new MF Ceiling to First Floor and new Sprinkler Mains and Valves.
